Care that continues after the fitting
Better hearing is not a device in a box. We stay with you for adjustments, repairs, counseling, and the questions that come up after you go home. If tinnitus is part of the reason you came in, that is included in the plan, not treated as a separate afterthought.
Personal relationships
Care shaped around the individual, not a one-size-fits-all process.
Professional expertise
Technology, education, testing, and clinical support are central to every recommendation.
Long-term follow-up
Fittings, counseling, adjustments, repairs, and continued support are part of the relationship.
The Reward Is Seeing People Reconnect With Life
For Robyn and Lionel, one of the most rewarding parts of hearing care is seeing the change on a patient’s face when sounds become clear again.
Better hearing can bring back everyday moments that may have faded into the background: birds singing, a grandchild telling a story, conversation with lifelong friends in a restaurant, television at a comfortable volume, or simply hearing a spouse the first time without asking for repetition.
Patients often describe that change as feeling more alive and more involved. One patient even compared improved hearing to moving from the back of the bus to the driver’s seat—regaining control because conversation was easier to understand.
Precious sounds matter
Conversation, laughter, nature, family, and the small sounds of daily life.
Hearing Care and Equipment Support
We provide a broad range of hearing services, from evaluation and tinnitus care to hearing technology, repairs, and rehabilitation.
Hearing Evaluations
Many people come to us because they first need a clear baseline for their hearing. Our in-depth testing is designed to identify the degree and nature of hearing loss so we can explain what the results mean and what options may fit.
Tinnitus Treatment
Our goal is to help each patient identify a tinnitus treatment option that can provide meaningful relief. We keep multiple solutions available for in-office demonstration, including the Levo System, Neuromonics, Widex Zen, sound generators, and hearing aids. Some options may also be available for patients to try at home.
Hearing Aids
Our offices carry at least six hearing aid brands along with multiple technology levels from major manufacturers. Having a wide range available makes it easier to demonstrate differences, compare options, and help patients understand what may work best for their needs.
Hearing Aid Repairs
Repairs are available at both clinic locations, and many hearing aid issues can be handled the same day. When a device requires a major manufacturer repair, we work to provide loaner hearing aids so patients are not left without access to hearing.
Aural Rehabilitation
Some patients need additional one-on-one support after receiving hearing aids, especially if they experience aural distortions or difficulty adapting. This process may take roughly 4–12 weeks and can include testing, lifestyle assessment, counseling, and practical guidance to help make hearing aid use more successful.
Independent Care With Ongoing Support
There are many places to seek help for hearing loss or tinnitus. Our difference is the combination of expertise, independence, personalized recommendations, and follow-up care.
We are one of the few independently owned hearing clinics remaining in Las Vegas. That independence means a corporate organization is not deciding which hearing aid brands or models we must fit.
Instead, each patient receives an individualized approach. We work with several major manufacturers, giving us the flexibility to recommend technology, warranties, and products that align with the person’s specific hearing needs.
One of the biggest differences is what happens after a hearing aid is first fitted. Receiving the device is not the end of the process—it is the beginning of fine-tuning, learning, adjusting, and making sure the solution performs in real life.
We continue to provide support, counseling, adjustments, and repair assistance. Better hearing is not simply a matter of handing someone a box. Patients should not be left alone to struggle with hearing aids or tinnitus devices after the initial visit.
Each person receives a follow-up plan tailored to their needs. We make sure a follow-up appointment is in place so we can confirm that the technology is working the way the patient hoped and make changes when necessary.
That personalized and professional approach is one reason many new patients come to us through referrals from existing patients, their friends and families, and physicians’ offices.
