Important things to consider.
01 路 Subscription
Lyric uses a yearly subscription model.
Unlike a traditional hearing aid purchased for several years of use, Lyric is supplied through an annual subscription with replacement devices as needed.
Device life varies by person.
Earwax, moisture, ear anatomy, and individual factors can affect how long each device lasts before replacement.
Lyric must be removed before an MRI.
The device can remain in place for some other imaging procedures, but it must be taken out before magnetic resonance imaging.
You can remove it when necessary, but reinsertion is professional.
Patients receive a removal tool, but a Lyric-certified hearing specialist must place the replacement device back in the ear.
Water-resistant does not mean waterproof.
Showering is compatible with the design, but swimming, diving, and full submersion are not recommended.

Lyric requires specialized fitting and placement, so not every hearing-care office provides it.
